Maybe he wanted to cook a nice meal for the homeless people, and that's why he had an arrow with fire on it. Who knows? (Though in the movie where that picture is from, he shot the arrow at a village and burned it down, if I remember correctly... But other than that he's a good boy!)

Perhaps he wanted to burn down the village so he could cook a meal to the homeless people. Because, without the village, they were homeless... o_O It's possible I guess?
